Air fryer cauliflower with cheese

Our super simple air fryer cauliflower is golden, crispy and topped with bubbling, melted cheese for some extra indulgence.

Enjoy these cheesy cauliflower steaks solo or serve on top of salads or alongside a roast dinner. Either way, this simple dish is utterly delicious and will have your mouth watering.

What you'll need...

  • 1 small cauliflower head, cut into ‘steaks’
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • Your choice of cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200C. 

  2. Add paprika, salt and pepper into a small bowl and mix until combined. 

  3. Drizzle the cauliflower steaks with olive oil then sprinkle the paprika seasoning until well coated. 

  1. Add the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the cauliflower and cook for a further 3 minutes. Add a sprinkling of cheese on top and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.  

  2. Once cooked, use a spatula to gently remove from the air fryer basket and enjoy on their own or serve alongside other side dishes. Our air fryer cauliflower also makes for a delicious salad topper.
