Our air fryer Yorkshire puddings only require 5 ingredients, making them quick and simple to make. Pop the batter in your air fryer and leave them to cook until golden brown. Our air fryer Yorkshire puddings are super tasty and convenient for Christmas Day when you may want to save on oven space for the turkey.

What you'll need...

  • 2 eggs
  • 120ml milk
  • 60g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Leave to rest. 

  2. Grease the silicone muffin liners and add a dash of oil to the bottom. Place in the air fryer and heat up the oil before opening and pouring in the batter. 

  3. Cook for 12 minutes at 200C, flipping after 10 minutes in for an all-golden coverage. Once cooked, remove and serve alongside the roast dinner.
